Terms & Conditions
1. Alterations & Repairs The Kings Tailor offers a comprehensive range of alterations and repairs. Please review the following conditions before placing an order:
1.1 Cleanliness: Ensure garments are freshly laundered or dry cleaned before presenting them for repair or alteration.
1.2 Pinning & Measurement: We provide a complimentary pinning service, conducted by a trained team member. We do not accept responsibility for errors if pinning or measuring is not performed by our staff.
1.3 Cutting & Sewing: Alterations will be executed using our company’s standard methods unless otherwise specified by the customer in writing.
1.4 . Bridal & Formal Wear: For alterations on wedding and formal attire, we highly recommend wearing the intended underwear and shoes during fittings.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1. Each order will be individually priced by our tailor, seamstress, or sales assistant.
2.2 For complex orders, an estimate may be provided. This estimate is subject to change without prior notice, although we will strive to keep you informed of any adjustments.
2.3 If you are dissatisfied with the quoted price, discuss it with the sales assistant or tailor before any work begins. We do not negotiate prices retrospectively once work has started or is completed.
2.4. We accept payment via credit/debit card or cash.
3. Collection of Goods
3.1 A collection date and time will be provided when placing your order. Please note, this is an estimate and may change without prior notification.
3.2 Unclaimed garments will be donated to charity if not collected within 90 days of the due date and time on your ticket.
4. Claims
4.1 Please examine all work before leaving the premises.
4.2 If you are not completely satisfied with the work, return the item within 48 hours of collection and discuss the issue with the sales assistant or tailor.
4.3 If the fault lies with the customer, we will attempt to repair or alter the item to your satisfaction at your cost.
4.4 Items pinned by us will be made to the exact specifications agreed upon with the customer. If dissatisfied with the result, Kings Tailor is not liable to re-make, refund, or replace the item. Further adjustments will incur additional charges. We will work with you to find a resolution and may negotiate the price for re-makes.
4.5 Changes to Terms & Conditions We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
